HOW ARE URTC PRODUCTS MADE?- Each of our t-shirt designs is created using a combination of sketches, digital graphics and photography. From there, after a design is decided on they are then silk-screened one at a time by hand… No mass production automated screening done here. The same basically goes for URTC chokers. Each is drawn out first and then had threaded. Each item we sell is created by hand, giving it its own personal attention and personality. We print our tees on the very well constructed 100% cotton tees from Alstyle Apparel and Activewear (AAA).
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW STUFF?
- The hope is to release something new at least once a month. It just depends on how busy I get with orders and printing and blah blah blah. I plan to release one new t-shirt design every month starting in the summer of 2008. And then, alongside of that, I plan on releasing a new accessory as well whether it be a new choker, necklace, wristband, bandana or whatever. So check back with us monthly to see what's up or check the blog.

- Well??? I suppose. Actually, I am a big fan of specials and promotions so at any given point in time, I could throw out a One Week Only special where I offer everyone a 20% discount or a 10% discount or maybe --- a 30% discount?!?! - It's really simple: I have something to say, I say it there. I have a special that I want to tell you about, I tell you there. I've found something really interesting on the street the other day, for some reason, I feel I should tell you about it… Don't know why, I just do. I JUST BOUGHT A URTC TEE THAT I STYLISHLY WORE OUT ON THE TOWN AND NOW I NEED TO CLEAN IT… WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- The best thing to do is to wash the shirt, inside out in cold water. Low tumble drying is best but not essential. It's best to NOT iron the graphic as well. AAA tees are already pre-shrunk so you shouldn't get much in the line of shrinkage. As with most 100% cotton tees, there is the possibility of some shrinkage, but it really shouldn't be anything substantial at all --- if at all.
I JUST ORDERED A SHIRT, HOW LONG TILL IT'S ON MY BACK?
- Depending on the on-hand inventory and the number of orders that came before you, your order will hit the mail system in 1 to 3 business days. From there, it should take roughly 3 to 5 business days for the item to arrive to you. At the moment, we only ship to the continental U.S. so unfortunately, no international shipping is available. All orders are shipped U.S. First Class Mail. Since I can't control the postal system (no matter how much I want to!) these delivery times are estimations and not guarantees.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
- Well, if you placed the order today and two days later you decided to go from a medium to a large or something like that, then the likelihood is you won't catch the order before it gets mail. And once it gets mailed --- well --- it's mailed. So if you need to make a change, email us right away. If we can make the change before the order is completed then we absolutely will. If however, you make a change to a size or design that we don't currently have in stock we will let you know how long till that out of stock item will ship and then you'll have the option to either cancel your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else of equal value. But remember, this is only possible if you contact us before the order is processed and completed. Once it hits the mail - it's yours.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
HOW SECURE IS YOUR SHOP?
- This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO BUY STUFF FROM URTC?
- No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
