Urban Royal Tees Clothing ships to any location within the continental United States. At the moment, we don’t offer international shipments directly from our online shop. If you’d wish to make an order that needs to be shipped to an address outside of the continental United States, please email us at uratees@urbanroyaltees.com. Please include in your email the shipping location and the items you’d wish to purchase. Please note that all sales to international addresses are final and are not subject to returns or refunds. URTC uses both UPS Ground and USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipping best. At checkout, you can select which shipping method suits you best by selecting the Estimate Shipping option in your shopping cart area.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
- you must notify us by email to uratees@urbanroyaltees.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
- all items ship within 1 to 3 business days of the completed order….
If you made an order and realized that you selected the wrong size, email us at uratees@urbanroyaltees.com with your order number and explain to us that you selected the wrong size. We will send you an email back with an authorization to return the item. Please be aware that the cost of returning the item and having the corrected size returned to you will be your complete responsibility.
2. URTC will allow for product returns for the following reason:
- the garment is defective. You will need to send us an email to uratees@urbanroyaltees.com explaining why in your opinion you feel the garment is defective. If authorized, you will receive an email from us with the authorization to return the garment. You may return the garment for a replacement of equal value. We will send the replacement garment to you at our expense. Please note however that ever item shipped is individually inspected for defects as well as inspected before even being initially screened so the likelihood that a defective garment would be shipped is minimal.
- you received the wrong item. If this happens, you must email us at uratees@urbanroyaltees.com explaining that you received the wrong item. Please include your order number, the item you originally ordered and the item you received in its stead. You will receive an email from us containing the instructions for returning the item and how your ordered item will be sent.
3. The right to return any item to us is waived should the following reasons be true:
- the item has been worn, even once. If we receive an item that we feel in our own judgement has been worn, no refund or exchange will be given and the returned item will be returned back to you.
- the item was made specifically for or customized specifically for you. Any custom order is final and non-refundable.
- the item is being returned more than 14 days after purchase.
