To return a Royalty Custom printed product:
- Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
- An RMA# is needed prior to making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply e-mail us at RoyaltyCustomShirts@Outlook.com and make a request for a return.
- Please be sure to let us know in your e-mail, the date of your purchase, your order number, what you would like to return and the reason for the return. Be as specific as possible regarding your request.
- If your return is approved, we will email you the RMA # with return instructions within 2 business days or less. If your return is not approved, we will respond with a reason for disapproval within 2 business days or less.
- The RMA number once received, should be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
- You may ship the return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt.
- Royalty Custom Shirts cannot be held responsible for RMA packages lost in transit or delivered to the wrong location by the carrier. For those issues, you must file a claim with your carrier.
- Please be sure to send the items to the return address listed in the email
- Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.
- Return requests must be received by Royalty Custom Shirts within 10 days from receipt of purchase.
What cannot be returned or refunded:
- You as a consumer are responsible for purchasing the incorrect sizes and we will not be able to accept returns for this reason since the garments are custom printed. Therefore, please read the product specifications carefully prior to placing your order. Each item listed has a sizing chart attached to its description.
- Items that have been washed or altered in any way are not returnable.
- Shipping and handling charges if applicable are also not refundable.
Cancellations
- Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
- Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
